How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within the estimated time, please get in touch with us at support@mabootique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, we will look up their policy and communicate it to you via email.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
MaBootique offers returns and refunds for items within 30-day of receipt of shipment, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
